Jim Johnson

Jim Johnson has worked in a variety of roles since 1982. Jim began their career at Wang Laboratories as an Account Manager and District Support Manager. In 1988, they became a Principal and Co-Owner at Work Design Associates, where they provided sessions, projects, programs and training for business problem solving and process improvement. In 1994, they took on a Principal Consultant and Account Manager role at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where they booked $5M in new revenue in one year. In 2001, they were a Partner Manager at Adobe Systems, where they led a major Adobe initiative to engage Tier 1 Systems Integrators. In 2003, they became a Principal and Co-Founder of a startup focused on tools for accelerating process change. In 2008, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Program Manager and Consultant Specialist. Finally, in 2014, they became a Principal Consultant and Owner at ActionMap Inc., where they have delivered over 30 engagements to non-profits since mid-2019.

Jim Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College.
