Eranga Ekanayake

Eranga Ekanayake has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Eranga began their career in 2008 as a QA Engineer (Intern) at Virtusa, followed by a role as an Associate QA Engineer at Ridgecrest Asia (Pvt) Ltd. In 2010, they joined AePONA as a Senior QA Engineer and a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for testing life cycles and ensuring projects met functional and non-functional requirements. Eranga then moved to Exilesoft (Pvt) Limited in 2013, where they served as both a QA Lead and a Senior QA Engineer, developing automation frameworks for web automation and API automation. In 2015, they joined CXA Group as a QA Automation Engineer, where they developed automation frameworks for API and database testing and web automation. Eranga then moved to Orion Health in 2017 as an Intermediate Test Automation Engineer, and is currently employed as a Senior QA Engineer at Actionstep since 2019.

Eranga Ekanayake attended Kingswood College, Kandy from 1990 to 2003, where they obtained their G.C.E. A/L in Mathematics. Eranga then attended the University of Colombo from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their BICT in Computer Software.
