Michael Disanto

Michael DiSanto is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for ActionStreamer and Coterie, Michael previously held positions as Senior Advisor and Chief Administrative and Legal Officer at Edgio until June 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Advisor and Corporate Secretary for Bexion Pharmaceuticals, Chairman of Questus Analytics, and Partner at several prominent law firms, including Bingham McCutchen, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and Reed Smith LLP, where Michael was instrumental in establishing the Silicon Valley office. Michael's educational background includes a JD in Law from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
