Florence Audoux

Florence Audoux has extensive experience in recruitment and coaching within organizational contexts. They served as a Coach for absenteeism at Actiris from 2013 to 2016, where they provided targeted support to managers in managing absenteeism and participated in developing training plans. Throughout their career, Florence held various roles, including Expert in Recruitment and Senior Consultant, focusing on recruitment processes, organizational assessments, and career development. They obtained a Master of Psychology from the Université libre de Bruxelles and have specialized in brief systemic therapy. Additionally, they taught courses in personnel selection and professional orientation at the Institut Roger Guilbert from 1995 to 1999.
