Valérie Berman

Valérie Berman is a diversity consultant who has extensive experience in training and human resource development. They served as a training advisor and trainer at Bruxelles-Propreté from 2009 to 2018, where they supported competency development and coordinated training initiatives. Since 2021, Valérie has worked as a diversity consultant at Actiris, aiding employers in the implementation of diversity plans and serving as the President of the Internal Diversity Commission. Valérie holds a Master’s degree in Professional Support from Université de Namur, among other qualifications.
