Clement Phang

Clement Phang is currently a Vice President at Actis, focusing on climate transition infrastructure private equity with an emphasis on Asia. Previously, they served as a Senior Associate at Actis and as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where they specialized in private equity. Clement earned their MBA from Harvard Business School between 2021 and 2023, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University. They also co-founded Project LEAP, a non-profit that coached local graduates to excel in the Malaysian job market.
