Ryan Sheridan

Ryan Sheridan is currently serving as Director, Senior Legal Counsel at Actis, a global investor in sustainable infrastructure. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, where Ryan focused on cross-border public and private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate advisory. Ryan's legal experience includes a secondment as Legal Counsel at The Ardonagh Group and British American Tobacco, where Ryan advised on M&A, corporate, and private equity transactions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southampton and completed their Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at The University of Law. In recognition of their pro bono contributions, Ryan received the Herbert Smith Freehills Pro Bono and Citizenship award in 2016.
