Our priority is people. Our passion is innovation.

Activa is one of the largest and most active land developers and home builders in the Region of Waterloo, with a smaller portfolio of projects throughout Southern Ontario.

But we don’t just develop the land and build homes — we develop communities.

We see the big picture. We realize there’s more to each project than buildings and land — there are also the needs of the people they serve. We think of the things that make sense. We stay involved and we respect the relationship we form with each individual — from homeowners and tenants to builders and other partners.

We are Activa — we do things differently — we do them better.
