Heather Porter

Heather Porter is the Director of Strategic Operations at Activate Care. Heather has over 18 years of experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on resource development, grant writing, and management. Prior to their current position, Heather was the Director of Operations at AHEAD, where they oversaw grant writing, management, strategic planning, IT strategy, marketing, communications, public relations, event planning, and fundraising. Heather has also served as a Consultant for the New Hampshire Center for Non-Profits, Resource Development Director for Affordable Housing, Education and Development Inc., Director of Alumni Relations for White Mountain School, and Assistant Director of Annual Giving for Colby-Sawyer College.

Heather Porter has a BA in Sociology and Urban Studies from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
