Matthew Goudreau

Matthew Goudreau serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Activate Care since March 2018, leading a tech-enabled care delivery system across multiple states. Goudreau has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations at Community Health Design Corps, and has contributed as a board member for both Community Health Design Institute and Commonwealth Care Alliance. Prior experience includes key roles at MedLife LLC, where significant improvements in compliance and clinical services were achieved, as well as positions at Action Ambulance, New England Organ Bank, and General Ambulance. Goudreau holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a focus on Emergency Disaster Preparedness from American Public University System and a Critical Care Paramedic Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
