Activate is a specialist independent provider offering personalised educational and vocational courses. We work with 19-24 year olds who have learning difficulties and disabilities and also have an education, health and care plan. We focus on building the skills and experiences needed to pursue an active life in the local community.

Activate was graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted following our most recenty inspection in June 2024. The Ofsted Report highlighted that ‘Leaders, managers, teachers and staff are ambitious for learners and have high expectations of them. Leaders ensure that learners receive an exceptional quality of education and personal development to enable them to make meaningful and purposeful progress, achieve their potential and successfully move on to their next steps.’
