Amy Procel

Amy Procel has extensive experience in the field of complaints handling and claims management, currently serving as a Complaints Handler and Auditor at Activate Group Limited since January 2020. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Third Party Claims Handler at sopp+sopp, managing third-party accident claims from start to finish from January 2019 to January 2020. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at Coach & Bus Week, Banking at Escape Fitness, and Finance Advisor at the Environment Agency. Amy completed education at Ken Stimpson Academy from September 2007 to August 2013.
