James Loke

James Loke has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and QA. James started their career at Philips Consumer as a Senior Test Engineer, where they were involved in project transfer and implementation. James then moved on to Nakamichi Research Asia as a QA Manager, where they achieved compliance to CMMI Stage 2 and Stage 3. After that, they joined Alpine Electronics Asia as a QA Manager, dealing with Asia Pacific customers' service requirements and quality needs.

In 2006, James joined ST Electronics (SatComs and Sensors) as a QA/Test/Project Manager and successfully completed 18 Defense Projects, receiving letters of appreciation for their testing and QA efforts. James then worked at HiSoft (residing at SGX) as a Test Manager, managing a test team for complex high-performance financial systems.

James continued their career at Citibank Singapore as an AVP Test Management, where they managed Agile Scrum releases and oversaw 11 major releases. After that, they joined Great Eastern Life as a Regional Test Manager, ensuring the successful Go Live of the CRM system.

In 2014, James joined CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd as a Program Test Manager and was responsible for the successful Go Live of the Frontier system for 18 government agencies. James then worked at FWD Insurance as the Head of Testing, managing all test activities, resources, and stakeholders.

Currently, James is working at Activate Interactive as the Vice President of Compliance. James previously held roles as the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President QA, Testing, DevOps.

James Loke attended the University of London from 1996 to 1998, where they graduated with a 2nd Upper Honors degree in Management. James obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020.
