Jon Adams

Jon Adams is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Activate Learning since June 2016 and Chair of the Local Governing Committee at UTC Heathrow since September 2018. Previously, Jon held the position of Chief Executive Officer at ATG Training from February 2015 to July 2019 and served as Director of Strategy and Operational Improvement at G4S from April 2013 to February 2015. An extensive career at Ingeus spanned from January 2004 to 2013, during which Jon occupied multiple roles, including Director for Skills, Director of Business Development, Director of Operations, and Deputy Operations Manager/Operations Manager. Jon began the career as an Employment Advisor at Working Links from October 2000 to January 2002. Jon holds a Master of Arts (Hons) in Geography from the University of Cambridge, obtained from 1997 to 2000, and completed secondary education at Bridley Moor High School between 1992 and 1997.
