David Danielson

David T. Danielson serves as the Managing Director at Breakthrough Energy Ventures since January 2017, focusing on investments in innovative companies such as Redwood Materials, Electric Hydrogen, and QuantumScape. In addition to their role at Breakthrough Energy Ventures, David is involved as an investor in multiple companies including Molten Industries, M2X Energy Inc., and Form Energy, among others. David holds a PhD in Materials Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
