Eva Koehler

Eva Koehler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program optimization and strategic direction within the nonprofit and international development sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Program Optimization at Activate since March 2022, Koehler oversees a national fellowship program focused on education and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Prior to this role, Koehler worked at One Acre Fund, where accomplishments included managing market strategies for over 200,000 farming households, enhancing recruitment for a fellowship program, and ensuring high repayment rates in Burundi operations. Koehler holds a Master of Public Health in International Health from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Economics, and Music from the University of Delaware.
