Garrett Bantom is an executive coach with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program management and curriculum development. They have served as a Program Manager at Meta, where they led global DEI learning programs, implemented strategic plans, and doubled participant engagement in community initiatives. In addition to their role at Meta, they have worked as a freelance workshop facilitator and have held teaching positions at multiple institutions, including Clark Atlanta University and the University of North Florida. Currently, Garrett is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a minor in Psychology at Morehouse College and continues to develop their coaching practice through Attuned Acumen Coaching and Activate.
