Wei Meng

Wei Meng is an experienced professional with a strong background in civil engineering, holding both a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering from Rice University. Wei Meng served as an Activate Fellow and gained practical engineering experience as an intern at Schlumberger and CNOOC China Limited.
