End user self-service functions range from resetting a user’s Password to fully automating the provisioning of new Active Directory users and access to the applications that they require including the management of AD and Azure Groups. We aim to fully automate an organisation's IT & Business processes using the Activate Automation Engine, thus removing the need for manual Service Desk actions as much as possible. At the same time, Activate implements robust and consistent workflow processes, easily configured within the Activate Workflow Engine to individual business and process needs.
