Activate is a leading provider of smart self-service automation solutions for enterprises. The Activate Self Service automation platform provides out of the box management for common Enterprise IT platforms like Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Teams, etc. Empowering users to self-manage their own environment while significantly enhancing security and reducing costs and delays. Activate's customers are generally large enterprises in New Zealand and Australia. We regularly work on leading edge automation projects covering Identity and Access Management, Azure and Office 365 Management, Security and Governance projects and general Business Process automation. Our goal is to empower end users to manage their own environment without requiring IT or other specialist support. Our self-service provisioning software (Activate) allows business users to request, approve and automate common IT tasks online that would normally require a Service Desk ticket or other specialist IT support. End user self-service functions range from resetting a user’s Password to fully automating the provisioning of new Active Directory users and access to the applications that they require including the management of AD and Azure Groups. We aim to fully automate an organisation's IT & Business processes using the Activate Automation Engine, thus removing the need for manual Service Desk actions as much as possible. At the same time, Activate implements robust and consistent workflow processes, easily configured within the Activate Workflow Engine to individual business and process needs.
