Prashant Jacob

Prashant Jacob is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as RVP Sales at OfferFit since July 2024, Prashant has also been an advisor at ActivateStaff since 2016. Prashant held the position of VP of Sales, Mid-Market at Employ from August 2022 to April 2024, and prior to that, Prashant was the Director of Sales, Enterprise at Lever from July 2019 until its acquisition by Employ in August 2022. Earlier career experiences include roles at Clio, salesforce.com, D2L, Hewlett-Packard, Canadian Tire, and Aga-Heartland, where Prashant developed a strong foundation in sales and marketing. Prashant holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
