ActivateWork is a workforce development and talent solutions organization that transforms high-potential individuals into highly skilled, valuable team members. Our unique combination of rigorous recruiting, industry-driven training, curated job matching, and professional skills coaching prepares new employees to show up ready to contribute on day one.

ActivateWork’s mission is to transform lives by training, launching, and coaching the next generation of technology stars. We create pathways into tech careers for people who haven’t always had access to traditional hiring and education opportunities.

Many of the people we serve have faced barriers to opportunity—not because they lack talent, but because they haven’t had access to the right training, resources, or support to unlock career potential.

In short, talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not, and we're here to change that. When high-potential people have access to quality training and career opportunities, there is no limit to what they can achieve. They don’t just land jobs—they build careers, empowered with the skills and confidence to succeed and thrive over the long term.

We believe in the power of meaningful work to change lives—and the ripple effects that follow for people, families, and communities. Our impact goes beyond job placements and training bootcamps: We create career pathways, drive workforce innovation, and help build a stronger, more inclusive tech talent ecosystem across Colorado.

We hope you'll join us in driving economic mobility, strengthening Colorado's workforce, and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to make an impact.
