Åse Tosterud

Åse Tosterud is a commercially driven executive with extensive experience in scaling multi-unit, customer-centric businesses across the retail, hospitality, and consumer sectors. They have held various leadership positions, including International Retail Director and Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing global P&L responsibilities and driving profitability through strategic growth initiatives. Åse is currently the General Manager at Johaug & Dæhlie, where they manage brand development and commercial performance. They also serve on the boards of Kashmina and Sprell. Åse holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail and Management from BI Norwegian Business School and has studied International Retail & Management at Keimyung University in South Korea.
