Active is a small, well respected healthcare team offering chiropractic care acupuncture treatment and work station assessments. We aim to reduce discomfort and restore the body to optimal function. Alongside treatment, this is likely to include advice on lifestyle, posture, exercises and advice to create the optimal working environment.

Alongside Grant’s chiropractic and acupuncture practice, he is a highly qualified workstation assessor and has performed thousands of assessments for employers. He also provides a wide range of ergonomic products including chairs and sit-stand desks to improve health and wellbeing in the workplace.
He also presents enjoyable, interactive Workplace Wellbeing Workshops for employers; using his knowledge and experience to deliver well-researched and practical top-tips for immediate change. Participants learn how to take responsibility for their own workplace wellbeing, enabling them to be more comfortable, more happy and more productive at work.
