At Active Choices, Inc. (ACI), we specialize in helping leaders transform how they show up — for themselves, their teams, and their organizations — by developing their Intentional Energetic Presence® (IEP). Our work centers on equipping individual leaders with the clarity, energy, and presence required to lead effectively in today’s complex world.

Our proprietary IEP Method® (Intentional Energetic Presence®) is the foundation of everything we do. It provides a practical, immediately applicable framework for leaders to align their intention, energy, and presence in order to lead with authenticity, impact, and resilience. We support individual leaders through immersive training, private coaching, strategy sessions, and certification programs that deepen self-awareness and elevate leadership capacity from the inside out.

We believe that how a leader shows up is one of their most powerful tools for influence and change. Leaders who can manage their own energy and presence are better positioned to inspire trust, foster collaboration, and create sustainable impact — regardless of role or industry. At ACI, we work with leaders who are ready to evolve themselves in order to elevate everything and everyone around them.

Founded by Anese Cavanaugh, author of Contagious Culture and Contagious You, ACI has supported leaders at companies like Ford, IDEO, GM Financial, and Zingerman’s. Anese is a globally recognized speaker and advisor known for her future-focused, deeply human approach to leadership development.

Let us help you become the leader you’re here to be — present, impactful, and fully energized.
