Heather Wilhelm

Heather Wilhelm is an IT Specialist at Active Concepts, LLC since October 2016, working across multiple locations within a multi-site organization. Prior to this role, Heather served as an Executive Assistant to the President/CVO, handling various administrative tasks. Heather's experience includes serving as Technical Manager at Bike Line of Charlotte, where responsibilities included digital marketing and managing an e-commerce website. A brief internship as a Customer Support Technician at Life Systems International provided insight into the healthcare industry's challenges. Heather also has retail management experience as a Store Manager with GameStop.
