Marek Downarowicz

Marek Downarowicz is a solution-oriented and client-driven Senior Geoscientist and Partner at Active Earth, where they emphasize business development, marketing, and relationship building. With a robust background in geological, hydrogeological, and environmental investigations, Marek manages a diverse range of projects across British Columbia, serving clients from residential homeowners to government agencies. Previously, Marek held roles as a Wellsite Geological Consultant at RPS Energy and McGrath Resource Consulting Ltd., as well as an Exploration Geologist at Search Minerals Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Regina and a specialization in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of California, Davis.
