Melody McBride

Melody McBride is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Owner of Active Elevation since September 2024. Prior roles include a Human Resources Consultant and Sr. Human Resources at Varda Space Industries from 2021 to 2024, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Traffic Management, Inc. in 2021. Melody also worked as a Talent Agent at Cooper Connect between 2020 and 2021, and served as Human Resources Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from May 2017 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes a position as a 4H Program Assistant with the University of Georgia from August 2012 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Studies from Kennesaw State University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
