Located in Southern California, Active Engineering Services provides a full spectrum of quality control services to guarantee our clients are actively covered throughout the duration of their projects which reduces the stress of ensuring compliance to the governing authorities

Active Engineering Services is a women owned business, led by Brittany Rineer. Brittany has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. She is joined with her husband and Director of Operations, Robert Rineer, PE, QSD, QSP. Robert has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry.

Together, Brittany and Robert have over 30 years of knowledge working with engineers, general contractors and inspectors on various projects which provides them with the necessary tools to run, manage, and most importantly, lead Active Engineering Services.
