Eric Lambert, MSIS, currently serves as the Director of Data Services at ACTIVE™ since April 2023. Previously, Lambert held positions including Senior Demand Planner at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated and Pentland Brands, where expertise in data-driven process improvements and statistical forecasting significantly enhanced supply chain performance and cost management. As the founder of Lambert Analytics, strategic feedback and process analysis were offered to clients seeking business growth and improved metrics. Lambert's background includes roles in revenue forecasting, merchandising, and creative direction across various companies, complemented by a Master of Science in Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cal State Fullerton.
