Matt Young

Matt Young is an experienced account manager currently with ACTIVE™ since October 2023. Previously, Matt served as a client care specialist at Quicken Loans from November 2015 to May 2023, where responsibilities included communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds and resolving issues during loan refinance processes. Prior to that, Matt worked at Walgreens from January 2009 to October 2015, first as an executive assistant manager and then as a business analyst, where notable achievements included co-managing a significant pharmacy records retention project. Matt's educational background includes studies at Harper College from 2003 to 2005.
