Liat Bidas

Liat Bidas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment banking and operational leadership. As the Founder and member of the investment committee at BioMeat FoodTech since November 2020, Liat plays a pivotal role in the company’s strategic direction. Liat has also been involved with UpStream Capital Group since January 2014, engaging in mergers and facilitating private companies' transitions to public entities. Additionally, Liat serves as the Head of Operations at Active Optical Systems Ltd., overseeing its global development and manufacturing of advanced technology for aesthetic and medical uses. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Board at Inventech and Di Rom Building Invest & Dev, as well as experience in investment banking with Top Alpha Capital. Liat holds an educational background from Bar-Ilan University.
