I'm Alex Schlesinger, Founder and CEO of Active Mutual. My journey in the insurance industry began with a strong commitment to education, holding a Master of Science in Finance and a Prince2 certification in Financial Project Management.

I've had the privilege to work with great companies like HSBC and Credit Suisse, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. With international expertise in the UK and US markets, I bring a global perspective to my work.

When I created Active Mutual, I was determined to simplify the process of finding the best final expense insurance policy. Today we offer clear pricing through our marketplace and tailored burial insurance plans to fit our clients needs. In fact, we decided to prioritize clarity and customer needs, ensuring insurance isn't complicated or confusing.

Beyond corporate responsibilities, I'm active in community outreach and education, raising awareness about final expense planning. This is why you’ll often find me interviewing people or volunteering my time to help families understand their options.

My vision for Active Mutual is to provide security and comfort to families, allowing them to focus on what matters most during tough times.

To put it simply, my aim is to combine innovative solutions with a customer-centric approach, changing the way people think about insurance.
