Paul Luff

Paul Luff is a seasoned business consultant and executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and market development. Currently serving as President of LAMCO, LLC since November 1999, Paul specializes in assisting small and medium-sized businesses with growth strategies, financing, and process improvements. As Vice President of Development at Active Radiator since July 2002, Paul has led expansion and acquisition efforts. Previous roles include Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering at Fusion Lighting, and Vice President of Technology and Market Development at CMS Gilbreth Packaging Systems. Early in the career, Paul managed incandescent design and manufacturing engineering at GE Appliance & Lighting. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
