Zandra Ulloa

Zandra Ulloa began their work experience in 2006 as a Project Coordinator at Oliver McMillian. In 2011, they founded Team Z Realty and has been working there since. In 2013, Zandra also started working as a Real Estate Specialist at Big Block Realty Inc. Recently, in 2020, they joined Active Realty, Inc as a Realtor and CEO of Team Z.

Zandra Ulloa attended Monte Vista High School from 1998 to 2002. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Marketing at FIDM from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their education, Zandra also holds certifications as an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Military Relocation Professional.
