Amanda Ford, MS, BCBA, currently serves as Clinical Director and Senior Behavior Analyst at Active-Steps, LLC, where responsibilities include creating, implementing, and monitoring ABA programs along with conducting assessments. With over a decade of experience in pageantry, Amanda was crowned Miss California United States in August 2021 and actively engaged in community volunteer opportunities. Prior to her current role, Amanda worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Children's Developmental Milestones, Inc. and California Psychcare. Volunteer experience includes working with children with Autism through First 5 Ventura County. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Psychology from Pepperdine University and is pursuing a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School.
