Richard Willcocks is an experienced executive in the Arboriculture and Environmental Service Industries, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Active Contracting Pty Ltd, a role held since March 2017. Willcocks also has a diverse background in education, having worked as a Non-Executive Director at Offshore Snow Shapes from January 2013 to June 2023, an Executive Director at the Department of Education Northern Territory from February 2015 to December 2016, and as a language and humanities teacher for the Queensland Department of Education. Willcocks began the career at Active Tree Services in various operational roles from January 2006 to January 2013. Academic qualifications include a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Graduate Diploma in Education from James Cook University, a Master of International Affairs from The Australian National University, and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Sydney.
