Dave began their career as an Operations Manager at Just for Feet, where they managed the day-to-day operations of a facility with revenues over $3 million annually. Dave then worked at YRC Worldwide, Inc., where they held various roles such as City Operations Supervisor and Service Planner, managing the operations and coordinating activities of a unionized workforce. After that, Dave joined DOLE Fresh Vegetables as a Team Manager, overseeing warehouse operations and motivating staff for greater efficiency. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Operations at Active USA. Overall, Dave has extensive experience in operations management, ensuring efficient and safe operations and managing unionized workforces.
