Brandon Lowe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Brandon started their career at Lowe Photos in 2009 as a Co-Owner, where they were responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service, photographing weddings, and delivering high-quality images. In 2014, Brandon joined Infusionsoft as a Customer Support Team Lead, overseeing a team and conducting coaching sessions to set goals and improve customer satisfaction. Brandon later became a Support Manager, where they focused on team and department-wide employee engagement initiatives and analyzed metrics for better executional excellence.
