Corinne M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Corinne started their career as a Pianist at Black Diamond from September 2009 to November 2010. Corinne then worked as a Pianist at the Kevin Romero Project from March 2012 to November 2012, where they also took on responsibilities as a Script Supervisor, Graphic Designer, and Motion Graphics artist. In 2013, they volunteered as an Animator at Briar Productions from February to July.

From 2014 to 2015, Corinne worked as a Producer, Author, Art Director, Video Editor, and Archivist at Team Koolbrid. During this time, they also freelanced as an Author and Creative Freelancer, where they published two short stories in "An Eclectic Mix - Volume Nine" and worked as a Technical/Developmental Editor for the novel "Wizards & Whiskey" by Rob Stoakes. Corinne also contributed as a Writer for the CITY IN CHAINS transmedia application for JMC Academy.

Corinne joined EB Games Australia as a Casual Sales Associate from July 2015 to July 2016, demonstrating strong customer service skills and achieving high KPIs. Corinne then moved on to Centaur Software Development Co., where they worked as a Support Analyst from July 2016 to June 2019, providing quality customer and technical support for the company's products.

Corinne's most recent role was at ActiveCampaign, where they started as a Product Support Specialist in June 2019. Corinne provided education and troubleshooting support for over 150,000 global customers, assisting with platform setup, contact management, and marketing best practices. Corinne later advanced to the position of Senior Product Support Specialist from July 2021 to November 2021. Currently, they hold the role of a Technical Support Specialist, assisting customers and managing all interactions through Zendesk and LiveChat.

Corinne M. received a High School degree in 2007 from John Therry Catholic High School, where they studied for their Higher School Certificate. From 2004 to 2007, they also pursued Piano For Leisure and achieved Grades 1 to 5 certification from the Australian Musical Examinations Board. In 2008 and 2009, they attended TAFE NSW South Western Sydney Institute, where they completed a Certificate IV and Diploma in Digital Media. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Corinne M. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Digital Media from the University of Wollongong. Finally, in 2013 and 2014, they enrolled in the University of Technology Sydney and completed a Master's Degree in Animation.
