Harry Tan

Harry Tan has a strong background in technology and engineering, with experience in leadership roles. Harry is currently working as an Engineering Manager at ActiveCampaign since January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Tech Lead at Advyzon | yHLsoft, Inc. from July 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they provided financial advisors with a comprehensive technology solution and played a crucial role in managing data.

Before their role at Advyzon, Harry worked at Morningstar for several years. From April 2011 to October 2017, they served as the Senior Quantitative Developer at Quantitative Research, where they built and led the development of Morningstar's Global Risk Model, Quantitative Equity Model, and Credit Model. Prior to that, from June 2008 to 2011, Harry worked as a Tech Lead at the Data team, where they designed and developed Morningstar's second-generation data processing system and led a team of developers and a product manager.

Harry Tan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Wuhan University, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.
