Jeffrey Sherman

Jeffrey Sherman has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Jeffrey currently works as a Staff Engineer at ActiveCampaign since March 2021. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from January 2020 to March 2021.

In 2018, Jeffrey founded their own software consulting company called Sherm Consulting, LLC. As a Software Consultant, they specialized in incremental refactoring that provided continuous value throughout the project's lifespan. Jeffrey was involved in guiding businesses from their existing software to the software required to run their operations efficiently.

Prior to that, Jeffrey worked at Guaranteed Rate as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2015 to March 2018. Jeffrey also served as a Software Architect at Centro from June 2014 to March 2015.

Before launching their consulting firm, Jeffrey held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Dotomi from January 2013 to June 2014. Jeffrey also worked at UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director from August 2009 to January 2013.

Earlier in their career, Jeffrey was a Software Engineer at Orc Software from June 2008 to July 2009. Jeffrey also served as the Director of Software Engineering at Instinet from September 2005 to June 2008, and at Inet ATS from June 2004 to August 2005.

Jeffrey Sherman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Applied Mathematics and English from the University at Albany, SUNY. Jeffrey attended the university from 1996 to 2000.
