John Ellasos

John Ellasos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as a Senior Experience Quality Specialist at ActiveCampaign since August 2020. In this role, John focuses on quality assurance within a fast-growing marketing automation and CRM platform. Prior to this, John held various positions at Lyft from September 2016 to May 2020, including Senior Operations Associate, where responsibilities included supporting operational transitions, and Community Associate, where team management and driver/passenger support were key.
