Joshua Bartlett

Joshua Bartlett has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Joshua worked as an Account Manager at Cardinal Intellectual Property, where they managed around 200 clients and maintained repeat business worth approximately $2 million.

In 2015, they joined Venta Airwasher as a Senior Marketing Associate, leading marketing campaigns and being the lead developer for Venta USA's website. Joshua also played a significant role in the email marketing team. Later, they transitioned to becoming a Full Stack Developer at Venta Airwasher, where they led the development of the company's eCommerce site using Vue.js, Webpack, and Rails.

In 2017, Joshua joined ActiveCampaign as a Full Stack Developer, contributing to various projects. Joshua then progressed to the role of a Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineering Manager, responsible for managing up to three teams and coaching software engineers and engineering managers. Joshua ensured deadlines were met, guided cross-team collaboration, and introduced new technologies to the team. Joshua also played a crucial role in the monolith-to-microservice transformation project, leading the Billing Engineering team and accelerating project completion by one month.

Joshua's most recent role at ActiveCampaign is Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they continue to drive technical excellence, oversee team management and growth, and contribute to product planning and roadmap development.

Joshua Bartlett earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre from Loyola University Chicago, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. In May 2019, they also obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
