Leo Maia has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leo began their career in 2013 as an Assistant Commercial at Rádio Atlântida FM e Grupo RBS, and then moved on to become an Assistant Multimedia at Grupo RBS in 2014. In 2016, Leo joined Dia Estúdio as a Video Editor, and then transitioned to Topbuzz Business in 2017 as a Digital Content Creator. In 2018, Leo worked at neolife as an Email Marketing Funnel, before transitioning to Enjoy in 2020 as a Marketing Analyst. Currently, Leo is employed at ActiveCampaign as an Active Campaign Partner.

Leo Maia attended the Universidade da Região de Joinville from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design. During their time there, they focused on Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Design, and Special Effects. After completing their undergraduate studies, Leo Maia enrolled at the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina in 2018. Leo pursued a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Multimedia Production, studying the various aspects of multimedia production. Leo'seducation at this institution lasted until 2021.
