Xavier Craft has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as an IT Help Desk assistant at Hanover College from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they provided technical support and troubleshooting for students and faculty, ensuring computers were up to date and functioning properly.
In 2017, Xavier joined American Specialty Health as an Associate Software Engineer, where they gained proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack and worked on customizing the Dynamics CRM system to meet business needs. Xavier also learned to work in an agile development environment and became familiar with the SCRUM process. In 2018, they were promoted to a Software Engineer role at the same company, where they retired legacy systems and migrated data into Dynamics CRM data structures. Xavier was also involved in a large-scale migration plan from Dynamics CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365, utilizing the Dynamics API and Organization Service for complex business solutions.
In 2018, Xavier moved to DMI (Digital Management, LLC) as a Senior Software Engineer. Xavier'smain focus was assisting clients in setting up and customizing Dynamics 365 systems, as well as migrating data from legacy systems. Xavier also provided robust reporting services for clients' datasets.
Most recently, Xavier joined ActiveCampaign in 2021 as a Software Engineer and gradually moved up to the position of Senior Software Engineer in 2022. Xavier played a lead role in developing and managing the ActiveCampaign Integration for Dynamics 365, which became a direct competitor to ClickDimensions in the marketing automation space within D365.
Xavier Craft earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Hanover College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications from Microsoft, including the MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core certification in December 2019 and the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification in September 2019.
