Shani Balas

Shani Balas has expertise in information analysis and technology, currently serving as a GTM Hate Speech & Extremism Webint Analyst at ActiveFence since November 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Privacy Analyst at Deloitte Israel and as an Information Analyst at the Israeli Money Laundering and Terror Financing Prohibition Authority from June 2019 to September 2020, where Shani collaborated with development and research teams to implement an internal text mining tool. Earlier, Shani was involved in the launch of Yzer, a BI tool for real estate decision-making, at Yad2. Shani holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science & Technology from Bar-Ilan University, completed in 2020.
