Abel Palustre began their career in 2016 as a Software Support Technician at Nexus Systems, LLC. In this role, they communicated with clients directly through ZenDesk ticketing system, provided thorough support and problem resolution for clients within SLA agreements, and managed technical troubleshooting within an enterprise environment, including system crashes, slow-downs and data recoveries. In 2017, they transitioned to a Product Support Engineer role at ActiveNav.
Abel Palustre is currently studying Information Technology at Northern Virginia Community College.
