Alex Ginger

Alex Ginger has extensive experience in strategy and corporate development, currently serving as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at ActiveOps since 2006. In addition, Alex is the Global Head of Alliances and Partnerships, focusing on establishing a global partner function. Previous roles at ActiveOps include Product Director, leading the development of the Workware SaaS suite, and Partner, where Alex was a founding member, delivering operations performance improvement programs for blue-chip clients. Prior to ActiveOps, Alex worked as a Senior Consultant at EDS, focusing on change and performance improvement, and held consultant roles at Impact Plus and Lanner, specializing in process improvement and optimization. Alex holds a degree from Durham University, awarded in 1998.
