With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Carolyn has held roles such as Head of Adviser Service & Production Implementation at Centrepoint Alliance and Head of Implementation and Key Account Management at Praemium. They possess a strong passion for business transformation and have implemented programs focusing on Service Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and the integration of technology like AI and Machine Learning. Currently, Carolyn is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, along with completing certifications as a Certified Financial Planner and CPA.
